Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988

Australian Safety and Compensation Council:

• Workplace injury and disease recording standard
• National Standard for Manual Tasks (2007)
  These are good practice standards. Although not legally required, they define good practice and could be used in litigation.
