It consists of a facilitator and learner guide for 12 modules, a support text for workplace learning, and PowerPoint presentation for classes.

Each document is provided in:

• Acrobat (pdf) format to ensure stability
• A Microsoft Word version to "enable organisations to amend, add and customise for local needs" (which is very odd as the copyright notice says you can't).
