Other personnel
If personnel do not have the above qualifications, they cannot be listed as instructor/assessors of any kind and you do not submit evidence for them. You may list them as guest speakers, evidence gatherers, or administrative personnel for internal purposes.
Equivalence
Many requirements allow an "equivalent" and ACAS can be quite flexible.
As evidence of required work skills, persons can also submit other kinds of documents, such as industry qualifications, certifications or licenses, or Curriculum Vitae showing skills, as long as it is certified by someone else. (It may not be self-ascriptive.)
In some cases, a combination of documents might be necessary. In any case, evidence needs to meet these requirements:
- Certified and recommended by a supervisor or other responsible person
- Specifically addresses all units the person will teach and assess
- Has enough detail to show that the requirements are addressed
- Can be verified by the auditor if necessary.
