  1. eat most - fruit and vegetables
  2. eat most - bread and cereal

  3. eat moderately - meat and fish
    lean meat, fish, poultry, eggs, legumes, nuts
  4. eat moderately - dairy
    milk, yoghurt, cheese
  5. eat least - fats and sugars
