Alison: Okay, that's great work everybody. Our next agenda item is the OHS report for the last month. I'm just passing around a copy, and as you can see it has not been a good month for safety at Cybertots. Ryan, as our OHS rep, perhaps you could tell us more.

Ryan: Thanks Alison. Yes - it has been a bad month. Three accidents have happened in the centre, all involving staff. I'm concerned that we're not paying enough attention to safety around here.

Nicole: There was actually another accident, but I don't think it was reported. Remember - Louise split her lip in the playground last week.

Ryan: What do you mean, it wasn't reported? Nicole, you know that all accidents must be reported immediately!

Nicole: I know, I'm sorry. It's always so hectic in the 3 - 5 years room, I don't have time to do anything and the children are always running around. I can't keep up with it, some days I find it really hard to be happy and positive around the children.
