Joining Fee. The joining fee for new colleges is $2,000.

Minimum Annual Fee. The minimum fee per annum is the fee for a total of ten students in that member college at the rate of the lowest fee they are authorized to offer.

Terms. Fees are not refundable. Other fees (e.g. auditor fees, extension of scope, use of accredited qualifications) are separate and are not included in the above.)

Student Fees. The fees apply per student per qualification and follow the schedule of fees:
    •   Graduate Diploma/Graduate Certificate: $700
    •   Diploma: $525
    •   Certificate III/IV: $350
    •   Certificate I/II: $175
    •   A reduction of 50% applies after the first 50 applicants in the same qualification at one auspicee in the same year.

Other Fees

  1. Duplicate diploma or statement of attainment: $30
  2. Audit fees
    1. The audit fee will be calculated by the hour.
    2. It will include time spent in travel.
    3. A separate fee is payable for vehicle use, at current ATO Rates.)
    4. The minimum fee will be 4 hours, charged upfront.
    5. Please note that ACAS cannot give a “fixed price” for all audits, because some audits are quite simple, while others are much more complex (e.g. more qualifications, higher risk, more non-compliances, assessment validations, etc.)
  3. The use of accredited courses also requires a fee, to be shared equally between those member colleges using the course at the time. ("Accredited courses" are privately-owned courses that ACAS either owns or pays a license fee to use. Most courses are "endorsed" i.e. owned by the government and do not necessite such a fee.)
  4. When a college requests a new qualification to be added to ASQA's scope, the fee is shared equally between those member colleges requesting the qualification at the time.
