You might know that ACAS challenged the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The Tribunal found that ACAS complied with the mandatory standards for recognition and instructed ASQA to renew our registration, and it is encouraging to know that our systems have passed the most stringent possible test by an independent adjudicator.
We are currently preparing for a positive new academic year in 2022.
