Cybertots has a set of policies and procedures that determine how staff carry out their duties. These policies can be accessed via the Intranet.
Consult the Cybertots policies on the Intranet to complete the following activity.
In each of the following examples, a Cybertots staff member has failed to follow one of the Cybertots policies. Read each one and decide which Cybertots policy you would direct the staff member to to resolve the issue. Choose the correct policy from the drop down list.
In your notebook, write down what Karen, Patricia, Ryan and Sara should have done in each of these situations.
Karen tells Curtis' mum that Jarrad bit him earlier that afternoon.
Patricia changed a baby on the mat near where the children and Nicole were reading a story.
Ryan bought some water pistols for the kindy children.
Sara took a group of children outside just before lunch during the summer months.
